Sunbathing in Pregnancy

In summer, one of the most important problems for pregnants is sunbathing. Most important thing, you must not to swim in the sea at noon. During these hours, the sun’s rays and extreme hot  can cause dehydration on mother. In addition, excessive increase in body temperature may cause objectionable consequences for pregnancy. For this reason, it is not advisable to stay in the sun for sunbathing or suntanning. You can use sun creams to protect your skin from sun rays. The best time to get into the sea is early hours in the morning or evening when the sun goes down.
